"Growing" Customer Loyalty

The floral company wanted to preserve the customer experience by turning the traditional paper card message that accompanies a floral delivery into a magnetic card that can stand the test of time, and be placed on refrigerators and other surfaces as a constant reminder of the happy occasion (and the floral company that helped celebrate it).

The winning solution was Zebra’s ZXP Series 1, which is ideal for low-volume, single-sided card printing applications in color or monochrome, and the ZXP Series 3, which is designed for mid-volume applications that require minimal operator training and excellent print quality.  With minimal training requirements and the Zebra customer care and support system, the printers were easy to implement into existing business operations, allowing the floral company to lead the market in customized, magnetic greeting cards.

The result? Customers soon raved about the long-lasting magnetic notes, and the company’s brand is now more visible than ever before in the homes and offices of its customers.
